Gofers are expected to help convention staff with event set up, line control, badge checking, guiding attendees, running video and gaming equipment, workshops, panels, cosplay, break down and clean up.

A Gofer does not handle money, function as a security guard or undermine the integrity of Zenkaikon (Zentrancon LLC).

Shifts are in 2-hour increments.

For every 4 hours worked, you get a meal voucher.
For 6 hours worked, along with a meal voucher, you get half of your paid registration refunded.
For 10 hours worked, along with 2 meal vouchers, you get all of your paid registration refunded.
For 12 hour worked, in addition to meal vouchers and a full refund, you get extra swag.

We expect you to fulfill all of the hours you agree to work.
We expect you to conduct yourself in an honest and courteous manner.
We expect you to bring any issues you are unable to resolve to the attention of a staff member.
