Lunch with Johnny Yong Bosch Pre-Registration Contest
Contest Summary
The staff of Zenkaikon is giving pre-registered attendees the chance to win a lunch outing with voice actor Johnny Yong Bosch during Zenkaikon 2009. All attendees who pre-register for a two-day pass for Zenkaikon 2009 before October 6, 2009 will automatically receive an entry into the contest. Two winners will be chosen on October 7, 2009, and will be announced shortly thereafter. In addition, each winner will be able to choose one additional pre-registered attendee to attend the lunch as their guest.
Contest Rules
- In order to be eligible, the entrant must have pre-registered for a two-day pass to Zenkaikon 2009 by 11:59pm EST on October 6, 2009.
- Winners will be chosen by a random drawing from eligible persons on October 7, 2009. Winners will be notified via e-mail and/or phone (if provided) within 2 days of the drawing. Winners will have 7 business days after their first notification to respond. If there is no response from the winner at the end of this period, they will forfeit their prize, and a new winner will be drawn.
- In order to receive their prize, a winner must be present at the Radisson Hotel Valley Forge in King of Prussia, PA on Saturday, November 7, 2009. They must also have a valid membership to Zenkaikon 2009 at the time of the lunch outing.
- Winners will be able to choose one additional attendee to also attend the lunch outing as their guest. This attendee must also be pre-registered for Zenkaikon and have a valid membership to the convention at the time of the lunch outing.
- By participating in the lunch outing, winners agree that their name and likeness may be used for promotion of the contest and of the Zenkaikon Anime Convention.
- If the winner is a minor, the minor's parents or legal guardian will need to sign a consent form in order for them to participate in the lunch outing.
