Any halloween cosplay party going on?

Me and my friends, one who couldn't go to the convention because he had to work, are looking for a halloween party. Is there any parties going on? I'd like to find one for my friend, since he didn't get a chance to cosplay at zenkaikon.

Delaware Anime Society is having a Halloween mini con this sunday
Zenkaikon 2008: Bankai/Vizard Ichigo Kurosaki ~BLEACH~

Zenkaikon 2009:
SATURDAY: Akatsuki Sasuke Uchiha ~Naruto Shippuden~
SUNDAY: Bankai/Vizard Ichigo Kurosaki ~BLEACH~

Hey, I drove 40 minutes to get up to zenkaikon. If you're in PA, suck it up:P
