Would it be a good idea to invite gophers who sign up really early to any staff meetings? Just a thought.

Well, because the staffers live in many different areas, we usually only meet up online. There is a staff mailing list but the idea has been presented to have a gofer mailling list as well. Unfortunately we only had about 4-5 gofers sign up so far but we're hoping for more soon?? >>

If you think you will be increasing staff the following year, I think it would be a good idea to let the people who sign up early to follow along at one, some, or all the online meetings so that you can have a better idea of who you want, and they can have an idea of what they need to know if they will become staff. Plus the fact that they sign up early I think can possibly say something.
