-Ages: I am 25 myself, my boyfriend is 21
-Do you have room or do you need a room? We have a room at the Radisson, 2 double beds in it, from Thursday-Saturday night.
-Gender Preference for roomates: Doesn't matter
-Smoking/Drinking/etc preference (If age 21 and over only): NO DRINKING or recreational drug use (this includes pot for all people who think that marijuana is not a recreational drug)
-Personality quirks (you have that you think people should know or ones you don't want in your room): I like it a bit quiet....we are also very gay friendly, as I draw a lot of yaoi/yuri openly.
My boyfriend also talks in his sleep a little. I am a very light sleeper, so I'd kind of like it if you weren't a heavy snorer ^^;

Okay, hi everyone...I might seem a bit strict, but I'm actually a nice person as long as you can follow these rules. I've been doing cons for a long time, so everything here is based on that.

If you don't like these rules, then please don't contact me for a space in the room. As written above, there will be no tolerance for alcohol, no matter what your age, smoking, or recreational drug use.

Also, no having sex of any kind in the room, this includes full intercourse to making out.

Please do not bring people you meet at the con up to the room. If you absolutely must have them with you for something, have them wait outside the room as you pick whatever you need up. We will agree on a number of people to stay in the room, who will all share the price equally, so having people chill out or crash in the room who were not initially part of the agreement is not acceptable.

This also means no room parties.

Your payment is to be made upfront before the con, as we have the room on Thursday...this is because I have had people who spend all their money at the con and then "can't afford" to pay for their share of the room.

Even though my boyfriend and me are in our 20's, we are not interested in the regular young-party-life style. We are very mature, respectful, and quiet people (though my bf can hold long conversations at time XD; ). We are artists in the alley, and go to cons for drawing and being nerds :3

-If you have room, how many and what hotel? At the Scanticon and have room for four people (with a rollaway)on Friday and Saturday night. For one other roommate, it would be $125, two more $85 for each and for three more it would be $65 each person. This price includes tax and tip.

-Personality quirks (you have that you think people should know or ones you don't want in your room): Nothing really other than I can be random at times (doing/saying things). I like it that people are excited, but don't be overly dramatic about please. Also personal space is a good thing. Also if you snore please let me know (I do).

-Other info you'd like to give: No friends allowed to come for visits, no sexual activities of ANY kind, if I stay with my room and you decide to come along I expect the money upfront before going to the room, room rules will be established as well as bathroom usage. If I think up of other things they will be discussed later.
