Ahh yes. If you're playing metal gear solid one.....the cigarettes allow you to see the infared lasers, but also slowly depletes your health. the bandanna gives you unlimted amount of ammo, and the camera....allows you to take pictures. And the boss thing.....I think you will find out hehehe. Yeah, and I have to get metal gear solid HD collection.
