Info - Sharing Artist Spaces

Since there's been interest expressed in the sharing of artist spaces, here are a few guidelines/reminders on behalf of the Exhibit Hall staff.

1. Every person working at an Artist Alley table must have either an Artist or Artist Helper badge. A maximum of 2 helper badges is available per table.

2. The primary difference between the Artist and Artist Helper badges is that the Artist is considered the primary contact for the Artist Alley registration.

3. You are welcome to split your Artist Alley table with another person. That is between you and the other person just so long as everybody has an appropriate badge (see item one!). There is no need to notify the Zenkaikon staff that you are splitting or sharing your table.
