Hetalia Cosplay 2012

I'm not sure if I'm able to make a decision, because no one else seems to be making one, but I'll put my opinion in for the shoots ?

I know someone mentioned we should have a shoot on Friday and Saturday, that's probably a good idea. That way no one will feel left out if they aren't going one day or the other.
Friday will most likely be smaller, but that means characters get more personal attention. There's nothing wrong with that.

As for times, what times are good for everyone ? I don't know too much about other times for photoshoots and stuff. Is for 2PM both days good? I know in previous years we've done it around this time. I'm just throwing out times and ideas, I don't really know and I'm not the planner/moderator for this forum. I have other shoots I need to plan and costume days I need to think about as well. So that's why I need to know. If anyone has any objections or better ideas please post them?

Wait me doing the panel might be a maybe now. ^^; I kinda forgot somethings I need for it.....

I think having a photoshoot on both days will be fine. I will also be on the Ask a Nation Panel as Medieval Hungary. By the way, I think we should wait till the schedule and map come out before we have a final decision on where to meet up.

A few friends and I are going to Zenakaikon as Hetalia! We currently have a Romano, Italy, Prussia, Russia, Spain, and Seychelles! (Maybe a Canada...)

I agree that we might need to wait a bit before we put a place with out time for the meet up, but I deff think we need both days.

Also, just thought I'd let everyone know (specially you USUK fans): Valley Forge is 10 minutes away from the con by car. It's free to get into the park, and as long as it wasn't too busy, it wouldn't be a bad place for a shoot. I'm not sure if anyone's interested in war shoots or a more outdoors type thing, but I thought I'd throw that out there.

Yup, definitely both days. My plans just got scrambled 'cause Homestuck is only having one meetup, and that's Saturday at 2, so it looks like Fem! America and I are going to be meeting up with you guys on Friday.

Yes anything with USUK is a good idea. Valley Forge is an hour away from me, but I'm sure it'll be fine anyway if it's only an extra 10 minutes from the con or whatever. But like, what day/time/whatever are we talking about for this photoshoot? We only have about two weeks til the con so I'm kinda trying to get all my plans together.

On Friday, the con begins at 3pm, and Saturday at 9am. I should think that on Friday sometime around 6 or 7 or so would be good, because I know I'm not going to get there until at least four, and I'd want some time to go around the con beforehand. On Saturday I think sometime in the afternoon would be good, 12 or 1.

My only concern is that we will set up a time that conflicts with panels and events at the con, since there isn't any sort of schedule out right now.

Also, China (aniloverji12) and I will be preforming in the masquerade on Saturday night with a Hetalia skit, and we would love to see you there.

btw - the hetalia ask a nation panel is friday at 6.... Perhaps we could do the shoot on friday right after that? I'm sure most of us will be going to that.

Also, I was talking with my friends, and found out that one of them is going as denmark, so I'm working to rope him in. he also is going with a finland and a sweden I believe, so we may have them as well.

So wait, just clarifying, there's gonna be a meetup/shoot on both days? 'Cause I'm kind of booked for Friday as it is, so I probably can't make it to a meetup/shoot on Friday. I might be able to squeeze something in, but I dunno.

Alright, I am setting a time and place for the photo shoot/meetup, and if anyone has any objections please speak up now:

Friday: 7:00pm, inside the main entrance
Satruday: 2:00pm at the main entrance of the Convention, the main floor area where tickets/badges would have been collected on Friday. I don't know what the con center looks like, but I assume there will be some sort of open space here that would work well for everyone to meet up in, before we move to a better suited location for pictures.

So to simplify:

Friday: 7:00pm, inside main entrance
Saturday: 2:00pm, inside main entrance

Wasn't the Ask a nation panel supposed to be on Saturday? Because I'm supposed to be on the panel and that is what I was told.
