Sweet! Yeah, we do have to set up that Sora song! But, when??? If the KH cosplayers do set it up make sure you grab Haruhi Suzumiya when you do it! I will be so sad if I miss it T_T

Why don't you guys try and set up a KH photoshoot or gathering at zenkaikon? Granted the scanticon doesn't offer much in terms of photoshoot space, but they do have a fair size parking lot, so there isn't a reason why you couldn't use a small section of the parking lot or an area outside to take pics. I would suggest King of Prussia mall, but they're not exactly next door, about a mile down the road. Which is walkable in about 20 minutes, given favorable weather.

In any case, even though Zenkaikon isn't exactly huge yet, it's never too early to try and put together a series gathering or something.

I think that'd be an awesome idea! and I really don't know the area at all, seeing as though this is my first Zenkaikon, but I'll be with a few people who know the place. and I think the parking lot would be a good enough place :3 so yeah, a big KH photoshoop/meet-up thing would be amazing!

I can pretty much tell you right now:

The parking lot is probably your best bet for a large gathering location. The hallways within the Scanticon are too narrow, and there's no areas big enough inside that will accommodate your gathering. One possibility is to see if htere are any time blocks when the stage in the main events room is empty, and you can use the empty stage for a photoshoot. You'll need to check with zenkaikon staff to see what the schedule is.

One possible alternate location may be the scanticon lobby, as it is large enough to accommodate a decent gathering. Just note that the lobby is not exclusive to just zenkaikon, but other events at the convention center access through the lobby as well. So there might be a chance the gathering could be chased away by convention center staff. If not, the lobby offers some open space to use.

The other possible location to use is the Radisson hotel lobby, which could be accessed through hallways from the scanticon. Not entirely sure where the radison lobby is, but your gathering could be held in the lobby if it's not disruptive to normal hotel usage or guests using the check-in/check out counter.

Okay, thanks for all of that information so I think the parking lot would probably be the best place so long as we could find a nice open spot with not alot of cars lol. I'll go make a post about the get-together!

IF I am able to buy a cloak and a wig in time . . . I'd be going as Marluxia probably. . .no scythe XD Though I'd be able to make it, it would probably be too big. . .however, there is no guarantee I can go as Marluxia. . .

Hey, all. My two KH-loving friends and I live a short drive away from the convention center, so we're definitely planning on attending and cosplaying. We'll be doing Axel, Roxas, and Namine together. (They aren't THAT Axel and Roxas, but our Roxas became friends with THAT Roxas after we took pictures of them doing fanservice last year.) See ya there! ;D
