Events: Panels & Workshops
A response of whether your panel has been accepted will come before March 8th, 2012. If you don't hear from us after March 8th please e-mail panels@zenkaikon.com. Thank you for your patience!
What You Should Know Before Applying:
- The end of the regular period for submitting a panel will be February 29, 2012. Any panels submitted after this date will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Complimentary weekend memberships are provided to panelists in appreciation for their service (or, if you are pre-registered, a reimbursement will be provided). A maximum of two memberships will be provided per panel. If one approved panelist is participating in multiple panels, they only need a single membership, however, memberships will only be provided to active panelists.
- Scheduling is limited, so panels will be chosen on a variety of criteria. If your panel is not selected, please do not take it personally; it is just an issue of time management
- If we receive more panel applications than we have time, we will select one or two panels to be placed in reserve in case of sudden cancellations.
