Events: ZenkaiLARP
What is "LARP"? It stands for "Live-Action Role Play", a game where you'll be playing as your favorite anime and manga characters. Hundreds are available for you to play! The game will run the course of the weekend, featuring an overarching plot and scheduled events, so you can attend as much or as little as you like. LARP is not a cosplay event, meaning you do not need to be in costume to attend. You don't even need to be dressed as the character you'd be playing. But if you want to, you're more than welcome to!
In the months approaching Zenkaikon, we will take preregistration for the game. This means you can reserve a character ahead of time. Any characters not in our database can be requested and will be ready for you to play at the convention. If you don't preregister, don't worry! You can still pick up a character Friday or Saturday and jump right in. On Friday afternoon before the game begins, an informational meeting will be held to explain the rules and character sheets to anyone new to the game. We welcome new players!
