Hi everyone! This is Kristyn, the Head of Communications for Zenkaikon. I’ve been writing many of the blog posts so far this year, but I thought it might be time for a more personalized one.
First of all, if you were thinking of applying to join the Zenkaikon staff, you may want to get your application in soon. We’ll be closing staff applications on January 15th.
I also thought this would be a good time to talk more about being staff – what it’s like, and what it entails.
Zenkaikon is happy to announce that pre-registration for the Hall Cosplay Contest and Masquerade is now available! Online registration will be open until February 12, 2011 at 11:59PM or until available pre-registration slots are filled.

Zenkaikon is happy to announce that information regarding the Hall Cosplay Contest and Masquerade is now available. Also new for 2011, is that the Hall Cosplay Contest is now going to be held both Friday and Saturday! Also on the website are details for the Cosplay Dating Game.
Submission for the Hall Cosplay Contest, Masquerade, and Cosplay Dating Game will start in mid-December.
